Increased Living in the 20's
The 20's brought huge prosperity to America. The American industry had expanded with more clothes, automobile etc. Some industries were given subsides which increased their profits. Ordinary people soon became encouraged to buy items that were luxaries before the war. Cars were now about $290 dollars in 1925. Mass production allowed for the prices of major items to drop a lot and produced more consumer goods. Movie cinema became a huge part of the 20's. Actors such as Charlie Chaplin soon became stars that were known all around the world.
